Customer Service Specialist

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you enjoy solving problems and leaving a positive impression in every interaction? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers proactively and responsively through multiple communication channels.

  •  Listen carefully to customer inquiries, questions and concerns, and provide accurate responses and effective solutions in a timely manner.

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and services to provide appropriate advice and guidance to customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Requirements

Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our logistics department, ensuring the efficient movement of goods, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handle outgoing (OUT) and incoming (IN) calls related to logistics operations.

  • Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.

  • Accurately input data related to shipments, inventory, and other logistics activities into the system.

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all logistics transactions.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Update customers and stakeholders on the status of their shipments.
